Kate Clinton, one of America's sharpest political humorists working a stage these days, presents her new one-woman show, "Y2K8.comedy." In response to her appearance last season, the San Francisco Chronicle praised Clinton as a "sparkling stand-up comic ... her gleeful slant cuts across all party lines."
A regular on Comedy Central, "Good Morning America," "Nightline," CNN, C-Span, "Arsenio Hall," PBS and "Entertainment Tonight, " Kate had The New York Times reviewer "in tears from laughing so hard."
This self-styled "fumerist" -- feminist humorist -- last delivered her whorl of jokes and gentle digs on November 6 and November 7 1999 at the Osher Marin Jewish Community Center in San Rafael.
